Flowerbuyer Cancellation Policy

How late can I make changes or cancel my order?

You can make additional product purchases up until the cut off time posted for your chosen purchasing method.

When you book an order with us, we work hard with our partners to ensure everything is ready for dispatch based on your chosen purchase method and arrival date. As such, we require ample notice prior to executing a cancel request which is outlined in the table below. Cancellation deadlines can be viewed on your My Orders summary immediately after you have made your purchase.

When you complete your purchasing please review your confirmed Orders (My Orders). Should a discrepancy be encountered, please immediately call our Customer Service Team toll free at 1-877-625-3243 Option #3 to request an adjustment.

Order suspensions can be made a maximum of 3 times per calendar year without penalty and must be requested at least 10 calendar days prior to arrival date.

Full order cancellations can be made at the end of the 12-month commitment term.

Farm Bid (Professional)

Farm Direct “One Time” Orders

Approximately 10 calendar days prior to arrival date.
