Payment options

One-time payments
To make a one-time payment, please log in to your Account and click the Profile drop-down icon in the top right corner of the page. When the drop-down menu appears, click the Statement menu option and the “Outstanding” sub-menu option.

You can select one or more outstanding invoices to pay by using the “Select Item to Pay” selector in the right-hand column. Once you have selected the invoices you would like to play, click the “Pay Now” button and follow the payment prompts.

Autopay
Enrolling in Autopay enables Flowerbuyer to automatically run your credit card every Friday for all invoices received during that week. Each week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday.

To set up Autopay, please log in to your Account and click the Profile drop-down icon in the top right corner of the page. When the drop-down menu appears, click the “Billing” menu option and the Autopay sub-menu option.

You must have a credit card saved on file and selected as your Primary Credit Card.

Pre-pay using a credit card
If you would like to purchase more flowers than your current available credit allows, you can make a pre-payment using a credit card.

To make a pre-payment, please log in to your Account and click the Profile drop-down icon in the top right corner of the page. When the drop-down menu appears, click the "Billing" menu option and the Spending Power sub-menu option.

You can make a pre-payment at the bottom of the page in the "Add Pre-Payment Now" section.

Are there annual fees or registration fees?

There are no annual fees or registration fees associated with setting up a Flowebuyer account. You can set up your account for free. You must be a registered business to use Flowerbuyer and you are required to have a registered Tax ID number.
