Your Account Dashboard gives you quick and easy access to your Account information and all Flowerbuyer Purchasing Methods.
To access your My Account Dashboard, log in to your Account and click the Profile drop-down icon in the top right corner of the page. When the drop-down menu appears, click the My Account menu option.
Find all of the details and instructions you need to update your account information below.
Your account number is the unique number assigned to your individual Flowerbuyer account. Upon registering for Flowerbuyer, your account number will be emailed to the email address you provided.
Use your account number to log in to your account and as a reference number if calling in to Flowerbuyer Customer Service.

If you know your password and would like to update it, please log in to your account Profile and click the “Edit” link beside your password.
I can’t recover my password:
If you are unable to recover your password using the recovery link above, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Your email preferences allow you to update your contact email address and your preferences for the emails you receive from Flowerbuyer.
In our Preference Center you can select whether you would like to receive the following emails:

Reminders to log in to the Auction before it starts.
General Promotional Emails
Deals, coupons, information and more – keep up to date with everything Flowerbuyer has to offer.
Daily Specials (Overnight Specials)
Hand-picked deals sent every morning for arrival to your door the next day. Available for US clients only.
To locate the Preference Center please visit your Account dashboard and click the Update Email Preferences link beside your email.
If you would like to change your current address, please log in to your account Profile and click the “Edit” link beside your address.
Once you have made changes to your address, click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page to update your address.
