Shipping Options

You have four shipping options to choose from depending on your preference and product destination. For those customers with multiple account numbers, each account will have specific shipping instruction associated with it.

Option #1: Airport to Airport

Your flowers are shipped direct from our hub to your nearest international airport. Airport to Airport is ideal if you want your flowers quickly and would like to pick up directly from the airport. This delivery method charges a flat per shipment fee and becomes very cost effective when ordering seven or more boxes of product.

$157.50 flat fee regardless of how many boxes are ordered.

Once your order is invoiced our air freight specialist CAL AIR will book your AWB. This information is available via your Account homepage under the Shipping Information tile. Click the TrackYour Order hyperlink. It is important that you actively track your airway bill using the air carriers web page tracking feature once your order is invoiced as this will alert you to when your boxes are released and available to pick up.

When retrieving your order from the airport it is mandatory that you complete these important steps:

1) Verify the airway bill reference number
2) Verify the total number of boxes matches your invoice
3) Check that your business name appears on each box
4) If any boxes are missing, please ask the airline representative to write the number of missing pieces on the AWB copy and legibly sign.

Once you have accepted the shipment, we are unable to accept returns or issue credit for boxes that are delivered in error due to restrictions in airline processes and security protocols.

Option #2: Door to Door

Your flowers are shipped directly to your door via FedEx Priority OverNight. Door to Door provides the added convenience of not having to leave your business to pick up your products. It is the preferred delivery for those not located near a major international airport. 

US Mainland
$28.35 Depot Fee + $24.75 shipping fee per box. The more boxes you order, the lower the cost per box.

Alaska & Hawaii
$28.35 Depot Fee + $35.75 shipping fee per box. The more boxes you order, the lower the cost per box.

Zones designated as D2 or D3 that are close to our warehouse do not incur a depot fee.

Option #3: Miami Pick Up or Truck Lines

Miami pick up
Your flowers are ready for pick up at our depot in Miami. Product can be picked up at CFS located at 1500 N.W. 95th Ave. Miami, FL.

Pick Up Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 7:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-12:00pm

Truck lines
We will take your boxes to a pre-arranged trucking company of your choice in Miami on your required day of service at no charge to you. In advance of making a purchase please log into your Flowerbuyer account and update the Shipping Instructions tile on your account page. Click the Edit Instructions button to provide:

• the name of your chosen truck line carrier
• your truck line account number
• the account name you would like to appear on your shipping labels

Your order will be available to meet any day of service that is a minimum of 1 day after the invoice date.

Option #4: Satellite Hub Delivery with Option for Local FedEx Ground Delivery Service to your Door

Flowerbuyer offers pickup service and local FedEx Ground Service deliveries from 5 strategic hubs located across the USA.

Buford, GA

Lyndurst, NJ
Vista, CA

These locations offer our customers the benefit of affordable and refrigerated truck service directly to the hub from Miami.

Product can be picked up at our hubs at the hours specified on your Account dashboard page.

If the local FedEx Ground Service can reach your business location by 5 p.m. the day after dispatch you will enjoy substantial savings in shipping costs over express couriers or airlines.

Option #5: Canada

Flowerbuyer has satellite Hubs in the Toronto and Montreal areas where pick up or local delivery is available. Contact Customer Service to discuss options available in your area.

Updating your shipping instructions

Log in to your Account and click the Profile dropdown icon in the top right corner of the page. When the dropdown menu appears, click the Shipping menu option.

Your shipping options for your available delivery days will be listed under the Shipping tab. If you would like to edit the instructions for any of these days, please click the “Edit” link in the righthand column.

If you would like to discuss alternative shipping arrangements, such as truck lines or Airport pickups, please contact our Customer Service team.

To better plan your purchasing and avoid any unwanted surprises, we strongly recommend that customers who are buying for an important or special event schedule an arrival date that is 2 or 3 days before the event date.

We strongly recommend for FedEx deliveries that our customers choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the boxes. We will not be held responsible for damage that is the result of being left outside in unfavorable conditions.
