Teleflora Clearing House

Select Teleflora members are permitted to send their Flowerbuyer invoices to their monthly Teleflora Clearing House statement instead of paying Flowerbuyer directly. If you are eligible for this service, you may opt in to take advantage of it. To find out if you are eligible for our Clearing House payment program, please call the Flowerbuyer accounting department at 1-877-625-3243, option #7.

Below are some frequently asked questions regarding Clearing House that you might find useful:

1. Who do I pay for invoices sent to my Clearing House statement?

You must pay Teleflora directly for these invoices, not Flowerbuyer. If you have any questions about payment, please contact the Teleflora Credit department at 1-800-421-2815.

2. How do I view my Teleflora Clearing House statement?

Please log in to your Teleflora account at myteleflora.com to review your statements.

3. I tried to purchase flowers and the system says I have hit my purchasing limit. My account shows current. What do I do?

Please contact the Teleflora Credit department at 1-800-907-6017 for resolution.

4. My account shows "Clearing House Hold" and I cannot purchase flowers. What do I do?

Please contact the Teleflora credit department at 1-800-907-6017 for resolution.

5. I just paid my Teleflora Clearing House statement and want to buy flowers. Why am I still on hold?

You will not be able to purchase until the morning after your payment to Teleflora. If your account is still on hold at this time, you will need to call Teleflora Credit department at 1-800-907-6017 for resolution.

6. How do I opt out of this program and pay Flowerbuyer directly for my purchases?

Please contact the Flowerbuyer Accounting department at 1-877-625-3243, option #7 and we will be happy to assist you.
